In this 25 minute yoga flow, Regina guides you through 12 Sun Salutations, each with a mantra to the 12 powers of the summer sun. This is a great workout for those seeking some challenge and can also be easily modified for those wishing to celebrate summer in a more relaxed manner. Regina demonstrates a half sun salutation for the first two so you can choose to do those at any time, or throughout.
