Cognitive Health and Longevity

Regina will offer the four pillars for a long and healthy life with fully functional cognition. Learn how to take the best possible care of your brain and prevent dementia and Alzheimers. We will explore nutrition, supplements, physical activity and spiritual fitness. After the first hour or teaching and practice, a nourishing lunch will be provided, followed by the second hour of teaching, practice, and discussion.
